Driven by her deep passion for healing and unwavering commitment, Dr. Ridwana has successfully averted over 55,000 surgeries for conditions like Slip Disc, ACL injuries, and osteoarthritis, providing patients with renewed vitality. Dr. Ridwana Sanam,

Dr. Ridwana Sanam is a distinguished Holistic Well-being Coach and Counsellor, renowned for her multifaceted roles as a social entrepreneur, author, speaker, mentor, social reformer, philanthropist, and senior consultant physiotherapist. As the Chairperson of KRV Foundation and Head of Department at Apart International Pain Management (USA), Dr. Sanam has dedicated her life to transforming the health and well-being of individuals across the globe.

Certified as an International TheraBand Trainer (USA) and an International K Active Taping Consultant (Japan), Dr. Sanam also serves as an R.S.I Ergonomic Consultant (India). Her expertise and relentless commitment to pain relief have led to the successful prevention of over 55,000 surgeries for conditions such as Slip Disc, ACL injuries, and osteoarthritis, making her a beacon of hope for countless patients.

Dr. Sanam’s passion for healing extends beyond her clinical practice. She has conducted numerous ergonomic and preventive screening workshops for corporates, multinational companies, and educational institutions, offering holistic well-being solutions tailored to diverse needs. Her dedication to social impact is evident in her efforts to provide skill training
